South West Region Meet 2026

We’re excited to announce that the 2026 South West Region Meet will be held at the wonderful Beehive Field, Bradford on Avon, from 18–22 June. This annual highlight of the SWR calendar is a chance for members to come together and share a fun-filled weekend in a beautiful setting.

A full programme of activities and entertainment is being planned, with something for all ages to enjoy – we’ll be sharing more details soon, so keep an eye out!

Booking Information

We’ve kept things simple and affordable:

• Weekend stay (Friday & Saturday): £50 per unit (two adults plus children) if booked by 9 May, or £60 thereafter.

• Extra nights (Thursday & Sunday): Just £12 per unit per night.

• Extra Adults: £20 per person.
